Let your customer feel your love and passion for what you do. If you can, mention how their support will impact your life or business moving forward. For example, it sounds more meaningful to say, ‘I know it’s a long trip for you, and I want you to know I appreciate the effort you made to attend our opening yesterday’ rather than just saying, ‘Thanks for coming.’
