![]() You can assign only the Move To Archive retention action to tags for this folder. Retention tags for this folder move items from the Recoverable Items folder in the users primary mailbox to the Recoverable Items folder in the users archive mailbox. Default Folder X adds a bunch of very cool features to all Open/Save dialogs. Then I decided to give Default Folder X a try. It contains the Deletions, Versions, Purges, DiscoveryHolds, and Audits sub-folders. Type the path to the folder enclosing the file you're trying to open. In Save As dialogs, the box where you type the filename is way too small.
